Winterfold Year 7 Netballers Visit Malvern College With Former England Captain Pamela Cookey

Recently, Year 7 netballers from Winterfold School, Chaddesley Corbett spent an excellent day at Malvern College with Former England Netball captain Pamela Cookey,

Pupils from Winterfold and local Prep schools were treated to a motivational talk about Pamela’s career….from starting to play at the age of 11, overcoming many injuries and gaining 114 caps for England, followed by a Q and A session.

The teams learned a lot from a shooting workshop which was then followed by a friendly tournament to put their skills into practice.
