Success for Slindon College in the Greenpower Electric Car International Final

The Slindon College Greenpower Team were delighted to achieve 16th place in the Greenpower International Final, at Rockingham Motor Speedway Circuit on Sunday 11th October. In a field of 75 vehicles from Poland to the USA, their car “Relentless” lived up to its name and did the team proud.
Mr Paul Burbidge, Head of Design Technology at the College said “our team worked very hard throughout the year to enable us to achieve such a good result in what was a very competitive field. Last year we finished in 42nd place so to achieve 16th this year was a tribute to the team’s commitment and hard work.”
