Staines Preparatory School Launch New State-of-the-Art Website

Staines Preparatory School has catapulted school communications into the technological era by launching a new high spec website from Monday 02 February 2015.

The website has been considerately designed with the busy lives of parents at the forefront of its remit. In addition to all the regular website functionality, the new site has been programmed to detect specific devices a user is connecting from and automatically adjust its interface for the best interactive experience – from a full widescreen display on a home computer to a compact easy to navigate interface on a smaller phone or tablet. Ensuring parents and pupils can access the site at anytime.

The site has generous amounts of information constantly being updated via sources from around the school. The fully intuitive website makes extracting information a breeze and with accounts on Facebook and Twitter everyone can keep up to date with all termly and weekly activities, events and news feeds.

Headmistress Ms Samantha Sawyer said: “We are incredibly proud of the new website which has pulled on expert resources from within and outside the school. I am passionate about ensuring our parents, prospective parents, pupils and the local community are fully informed at all times and believe having this central communication point is key to achieving this.

She continued: “I envisage a future where people access the site daily as they would Facebook or Twitter as a resource to enhance their children’s experience at Staines Preparatory School.”
