Upper Sixth pupils celebrated their exam results across A-level, BTEC and Pre-U.

In BTEC 62% of the grades awarded were Distinctions or above, which is equivalent to an A or above at A-level.
Two pupils have earnt sought after places at Oxbridge, congratulations to Upper Sixth Thomas Ash and Old Millfieldian Jack Dickens. This follows this year’s fantastic Ivy League success with two Upper Sixth pupils, Olivia Allin and Victoria Boylett, gaining places at the highly competitive Harvard University and OM Jack Smith to attend Columbia. Of this year’s cohort, a total of 46 pupils are set for North American universities.
Millfield Headmaster Craig Considine said: “Congratulations to our pupils who have worked tremendously hard to achieve these grades.
“At Millfield we are dedicated to blending academic excellence with a vast array of co-curricular opportunities outside of the classroom. Our leavers will not only take away their academic results, they will be well-equipped for any future challenges they may face as they move beyond Millfield. These results are commendable and are testament to the pupils’ exceptional effort.
