Our last ISI Inspection was in May 2024 and the School has met all the required standards set by the ISI, we are delighted that the inspectors have recognised the many strengths and accomplishments within our school that led to this outcome.
The Principal of King’s School Rochester, Ben Charles said, “This inspection report affirms that King’s School Rochester is a place where pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. It is through our collective efforts that we create an environment where every pupil can flourish. Together, we will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do.”
Inspectors recognised the benefits of our ‘whole school approach’, saying that the “interaction between the three areas of the school is effective in ensuring that pupils are well prepared for the next stage in their education”.

“Pupils develop self-confidence and high self-esteem through the positive manner in which classroom discussions are conducted and the praise for their achievements that they receive from staff. Staff encourage participation in a supportive atmosphere, setting high expectations and supporting emotional wellbeing.”
