New headmaster ready to take Trinity to new heights
12 Jul 2016
Trinity School in Croydon welcomes a new Headmaster. Formerly Deputy Head at Dulwich College, Alasdair Kennedy brings with him a wealth of experience in the independent day and boarding school sector. He succeeds Mark Bishop, who is retiring having successfully led the school since August 2006.
Alasdair Kennedy has promised to build on the legacy of his predecessor and has already set out the values he wants to promote: community and pastoral care, ambition and excellence, opportunities for all, openness and diversity and a character building education for every pupil.
He commented: “I am hugely looking forward to leading Trinity. I look forward to partnering with parents and all at the school in developing the hearts, minds and talents of our pupils.”
Alasdair is married with three boys and has a keen interest in both sport, being a Cambridge University Rugby Blue, and music, playing the piano, double bass and guitar.
