Millfield Prep – Year 7 pupil joins National Youth Choir of Great Britain

Congratulations to Joanna M in Year 7 who, against strong competition, was accepted into the NYC, the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.

The NYC is comprised of three junior choirs and one senior choir. The choirs join together in residences and summer tours, culminating in performances and recordings at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall.

Places in the National Youth Choir are highly contested and admission is by audition only, so this is a wonderful achievement.
