Little Legs, Big Pedal at Maple Walk School

Dozens of Maple Walk pupils and parents took part in the Sustran The Big Pedal event this week.

The annual event aims to encourage pupils to cycle to school, reduce car use and to promote a healthy start to the day.

Cyclists were treated to a free breakfast upon arrival at school.

Over 1,650 schools nationwide have registered for the charity event, with nearly 530,000 children taking part.
