Greenfields Opens New Junior School Facilities
21 Oct 2015
On the 3rd of September 2015, East Grinstead Town Mayor, Mr Dick Sweatman, cut the ribbon to officially open the new Junior School building extension for Greenfields School.
Parents, pupils, friends and family had their first tour of the new building, which has been built to cope with the demand from the continuing expansion. The project, managed by Greenfields Educational Trust CEO, Beverley Croft, was carried out by Greenfields in-house estates team headed by Estates Manager, LJ Daly, and has provided the juniors with a large hall with staging area, new classrooms and a covered outdoor veranda.
Greenfields School is located in the Ashdown Forest and services pupils from the ages of 2 to 18, with boarding students from the age of 11. Students come to Greenfields from all over the world, attracted by the school’s safe environment and effective approach to teaching and education – some come for short term English Programmes and others for their entire education.
