Bromsgrove’s Siena Horton, U16 Overall British National Alpine Ski-ing Champion and Sam Osborne

Bromsgrove School’s Siena Horton is celebrating after she took the overall title at the Delancey British National Alpine Championships in Tignes last week and has become U16 Overall British National Champion – a fantastic end to her career in the children’s racing category.

Following the Championships, Siena hotfooted it back to the UK to compete in the U16 National Finals for Stourport in Nottingham. The team made it through to the Final, however lost 2-0 to Surbiton but are now 2nd in the Country. Siena also plays for Stourport Ladies 1st team who recently won the West Conference National League at the end of March and are heading to Premiership playoffs on 21st April.

England Hockey have just officially confirmed Siena’s selection for England against Ulster from 5-7 May at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
