As the first ever netball squad from England to tour Antigua, Bishop’s Stortford College were in great demand by the media and became TV and radio celebrities and even appeared on the front page of the local newspaper, the Daily Observer during their recent ten day tour.

The Hertfordshire based independent school’s U18 netball squad played eight matches against local teams including the U17 National team. They won five of the matches and lost three, with the girls playing some excellent netball with determination and a competitive attitude.

Away from the court, the squad enjoyed kayaking through the Mangroves, snorkelling on Cades Reef and sailing.
