King’s is very proud of its pupils achieving an excellent set of A level results this year. We were especially pleased that over 21% of grades were awarded at A* level (the second highest result in the school’s history) and over 90% of exams were awarded A*- C grades.

In total, King’s pupils achieved over 180 A* and A grades and 40% of our students achieved A* or A grades in at least two subjects. Special congratulations go to Dom Cronie and Donovan Webb who each achieved four grades at A*, and to George Blinman-Wilson, Iona Davies, Saskia Frisby, Rebecca Hartley, Sophie Mackay, Henry Marles and Rosie Ormandy who each achieved three grades at A*.

I wish to congratulate all of the Upper Sixth students on their superb achievements at A level which are testament to the hard work of the students, their parents and the teachers who have supported them.

The students have been a delight to teach and have accomplished so much during their time at King’s. I would therefore like to offer our students my best wishes as they proceed with confidence, taking well deserved places in the country’s top universities.
