Trinity School in top 25 independent schools nationally

Trinity School in Croydon has ranked in the top 25 independent schools nationally in this year’s The Sunday Times Parent Power Guide, in its highest position to date. Based on outstanding results from the last academic year, Trinity has been placed 23rd nationally and 13th in the highly competitive London region for independent secondary schools. 

The Sunday Times Parent Power Guide is considered the definitive guide to state and independent secondary schools nationally, based on the most recent academic results. 

Students at Trinity achieved the school’s highest-ever set of marked GCSE results this summer, with 93% of the then Fifth Year students achieving 9, 8 or 7 grades (A*/A). Upper Sixth students did equally well in their A Levels, with 96% achieving A*/A/B grades and 84% moving onto their first-choice destination.

The 30th edition of the Sunday Times Parent Power Guide identifies the highest-achieving schools in the UK. It is compiled from the first post-pandemic set of published results for state and independent schools since Covid-19 in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
