Oxbridge Success at Bromsgrove School

Eight Bromsgrove School pupils have secured offers to Oxford and Cambridge universities.
Pupils Maxime Cox and Chelsea Zixian Li have both received offers for places at Oxford, with local pupil Maxime set to study Medicine at St Hilda’s College and boarder Chelsea to study Maths at Somerville.
Six pupils received offers for Cambridge, with boarder Ruyun Leila Zhang to study Maths at St Catherine’s, along with local pupils Frederick Alford (Maths with Physics, Jesus College), Samuel Coope (Computer Science, Magdalene College), William Cusack (Law, Queens), Sophie Grenfell (English, Pembroke College) and Max Kendrick (HSPS, St Catherine’s).
Congratulations also go to two senior musicians as they prepare for the next step of their musical careers. James Mayhew has been awarded a place at the Guildhall School of Music in London whilst Emma Westley will take up a place and study award at the Royal College of Music.
