Bishop’s Stortford College Junior School musicians stretch their performance muscles
12 Dec 2012
Three Junior School concerts have taken place this term at Bishop’s Stortford College as part of the annual programme designed to encourage all pupils to work towards a performance, be it an exam, a concert, a competition or an assembly.
“It is a joy to witness so many talented musicians developing their performance skills from a young age,” commented Director of Music Andrew Bruce. “This term, it was the turn of the top three year groups in the Junior School to showcase their musicianship, with a total of over 75 pupils taking part in the concerts for year 6, 7 and 8 pupils. The range of music and standard of play in all three events was impressive.”
