Belmont School attend STEM Day at Ardingly College

Recently Year 6 pupils from Belmont School attended the Ardingly Solar Car STEM challenge.

The team from Belmont progressed to the semi-final race before being narrowly defeated.

89 pupils from 11 different schools took part in the day which involved designing, building, testing and racing a model, solar powered car…along with a lot of practical maths!
